Transfer Student & Withdrawals on Transcripts- Chance me for UC admission?

I’m a transfer student from a California community college. Is there any chance that with four withdrawals on my college transcripts, two Fs (made them up) but a 3.5 GPA and a personal statement about hardships get me into a UC?
Or should I not even bother? Honestly

P.S. I have no idea what I’m doing

UC’s do not care about W’s as long as you do not have an excessive amount. If you did academic renewal to replace the F’s, then you are good.

a 3.5 should qualify you for transfer for most majors at most UCs so, yes, it is worth the application to several.
