Hi I'm an International student. I'm planning study in a community college this FALL and I'm still very worried because I heard even though you'll graduate community college with a good GPA, there's a very low chance to get a scholarship into universities. My parents don't have the ability to pay university money so they're sending me to community college. So my question is do universities give transfer students scholarships or not?

Some colleges and universities do have transfer scholarships for the very top-most community college graduates. However, most colleges and universities do not have good aid for transfer students. Likewise most don’t have good aid for international students.

Do you have any other options at all for your education? What will you do if you cannot afford to transfer anywhere after you finish at the community college?

It might be better for you to study in your home country rather than to try to come to the US.

Canada and Australia have better work permission for international students which would help with the cost of your studies. Speak with the Education Officer at the closest consulate of each of those countries, and find out whether or not studying there could work for you.

See the Resources sticky thread at the top of this page to a link to a thread with scholarships for transfers. There are significantly fewer merit scholarships for transfers than for fr admits, and they are generally for smaller amounts.
