<p>what is the order that they used to process the applications? I submitted my application right on the deadline day and some items were even missing and i just resubmitted them two weeks ago. i got rejected just 3 days ago. my friend (whose last name is earlier in the alphabet) finished his app in late Jan and early Feb but is still waiting like some people here. does that mean he is getting some "chance" to get accepted?</p>
<p>I believe the decisions are rolling on a purely random basis, so it would not have mattered when you actually submitted your application or what your last name is.</p>
