<p>I am planning on transferring this fall and would like to hear what some of you guys think. My high school wasnt very impressive and i bombed the sat (took the new one the first time it was available) and my gpa was a 3.2uw. My rank wasnt that great because my class was like 950+ students. I am not a minority and I am from Texas. I am planning on applying to NYU-Stern, BU, Purdue, SMU, TCU, and OU.</p>

GPA: 3.5 (strong upward trend. will have a 3.67 at midterms)
ECs and others: Dean's List, Phi Theta Kappa (Honor Society and volunteer work), Habitat for Humanity

I graduated high school a year early. I should be graduating this may but wanted to go ahead and get started with college. I only went up to Alg II in high school so i had to teach myself Pre-Calc and test into Calc 1.</p>
<p>In all, I will have 39 credits by the time I was supposed to graduate high school :).</p>
