How hard is it to transfer to CS program at TAMU as OOS student? What GPA you should have to be in a safe net? I called them earlier and asked them about GPA, they just told me " If you have above 2.75 just apply". Does it mean you will be a competitive applicant with 2.75 and above? Thanks!!
