Transfer to Electrical Engineering To CP from UMBC or Towson U

<p>I didn't get into the EE program at CP (because i didn't apply, couldn't finish in time) so i was thinking i could go to towson, umbc or a commuity college for first year and then transfer to UMD College Park for EE or CS as a sophmore. Is this allowed or doable? I really love college park and i would like to go there for undergrad.</p>

<p>Towson has a great 3/2 dual degree program. You go to towson for 3 years and get your first degree (Physics, Chemistry are options) and then go to UMD for 2 years to get your engineering degree.</p>
