<p>I just finished my freshman year at UMass Amherst as a chem major and was looking to transfer schools after next year and Emory's one of the schools on my list. The only problem is that I fear my high school and college stats will preclude me doing so. Here are my high school stats:</p>
<p>High school:
GPA: 3.8/5 (approx. 3.1/4)
SAT 1800
SAT II: Chem 680, U.S. History 600
ACT: 26
AP Psych: 4</p>
<p>College:
GPA: 3.056 (if I get straight A's, which I intend to, my GPA will go up to a 3.34)
Clubs: Quiz Bowl
I am also applying for a couple of jobs on campus next year.</p>
<p>Do my stats at least give me a chance at transferring into Emory? If not, what else should I do?</p>
