Hey, I am currently a freshman at Loyola University in New Orleans and I've discovered that this school might not be the one for me. At least not for my full 4 years. I've been doing a little research and I am really interested in transferring to FSU in Tallahasse for my Junior year. Tuition is cheaper, the school has a better Economics program, living should be cheaper, the party scene is better (people in New Orleans can get a little weird and boring), and my best friend will also be attending his Junior year.

I currently have a 10k scholarship and financial aid that covers all of my tuition. I am only paying for living expenses. I would like to know what my chances are of getting a similar or better deal as a transfer student to FSU, or if I'd even get accepted. My highschool GPA was around 3.1 but in college I expect to maintain a 3.6 or higher, which I'm achieving so far. My SAT score was around a 1710, but I can easily improve it if necessary. If you have any information on available scholarships for transfer students (out of state) or information on admissions please let me know. Thanks.
