<p>Hey, I'm trying to transfer as a junior to some top schools. I guess I just have super insecurities cause it doesnt matter in the end what you guys guess my chances are...but I want to hear people's thoughts and suggestions! I have not paired down my list to a final one yet but I will apply to most of these. </p>
<p>My high school grades:
3.5 GPA unweighted, around 4.0 weighted (had depression)
SAT I: 1500 800V 700M
SAT II Math IC: 710 Thinking of taking math IIC
SAT II Writing: 710
SAT II US History: 760
US History AP: 5
Biology AP: 4
Also took 4 community college classes + 2 correspondence classes from BYU A's in all cept one B+</p>
<p>College Grades (Emory U):
GPA: 3.88 (B+ in calculus, A- in hebrew)
Very advanced coursework completed in history -4.0 in the major.
Expected grades this semester b/n 3.7-4.0
Summer Study in Greece and Turkey in Ancient History
Taking both latin(1st year) and hebrew (2nd year) for my own interest
Extracurriculars:
I am a reader of poetry submissions for a nationally distributed, student-run literary magazine.
Published a poem in student literary magazine (different than above)
Member of Billiards Club (I play 3 or 4 days a week)
Volunteer 4 hours a week with grammar school kids</p>

I am a certified personal trainer from a highly regarded certification organization. Also working on Continuing education units for that.
Developing an exercise program for seniors using a low cost fitness tool which I will volunteer teach (been thinking about/working on this for over a year but its just now getting closer to reality, still no guarantees - need funding :-[ )
I play saxophone (10 yrs) and sing and am working on starting a jazz combo to play locally. (only 2 of us so far :/)
