I am a soph that was originally a Engineering major who has spent the last two semesters in General Studies. With the last two semesters GPA of a 3.75 I have brought my overall GPA to a 3.297. The minimum to transfer to Mays without appeal is 3.30 which they are telling me they do not round up…Does anyone have experience with the appeal? Basically one class is bringing down my entire GPA from my first semester and since then I have 6 As and 2 Bs.
In the core business classes required ( two maths, two economics, accounting) that I have taken I have a 3.75 as well.
I feel like I should have any problems transferring in but I am a little nervous…anyone else go through this?
