transfer to MIT, Yale, Harvard

I'm a freshman at Cornell right now. I entered undecided but now I think I want to major in Cognitive Science. Unfortunately, this is not a possibility at Cornell, or even in most top 10 or 20 universities. The only Ivies to offer a program are Penn, Dartmouth and Yale. MIT does as well. Harvard offers a program that is similar, in which one may major in something like neuroscience or neurobiology and then have a concentration. At Cornell, I would have to major in biology, something in which I am completely uninterested.
Is trying to transfer to Yale/Harvard/MIT an impossibility?
HS GPA - 3.62-ish
Rank - 5 out of 50
SAT - 2250 - 770 CR 740 M 740 W
SAT IIs - 770 chem 760 math IIC 720 Bio
APs - 5 bio 5 us history 4 english lit 4 BC (AP Scholar with something or other, can't recall)

College GPA - I don't know, but if I might have a chance, I will definitely go without social life for sake of trying to maintain a 4.0

Are you taking Intro to Cog Sci this semester? do you need to buy the packet? The bookstore sells it for 88.25 but you can buy it from me for 55.

not an impossibility but you would basically have to get a 4.0 no question, in addition to doing other things
