@seaotter17 Thank you! The weather at Northwestern has been a concern of mine, actually. While I am used to long winters, I much prefer a warmer and more temperate environment. However, if one school with unideal weather is clearly a better fit for me academically/socially than another school with ideal weather, I’d prefer the former.
That’s good advice, to visit the schools. I have been able to visit Northwestern and Swarthmore, but not during the school year, and I haven’t been able to visit Vanderbilt at all. I have yet to decide whether I think Swarthmore’s size is cozy or stifling…
