Hi All,

I'm currently looking to transfer to Cornell, Penn, Rice, Northwestern, or Michigan and just wanted a gist of how the college experience/community is at those schools. Also potentially an evaluation of what chance I stand. I'm a prospective Econ major at NYU. I'm currently a freshman. My reasons for leaving NYU mostly revolve around the lack of community and a desperate lack of intellectualism because it's so exceedingly pre-professional(everyone's out to make money here). From my understanding, Michigan is relatively generous with transfer applicants?
