<p>Hey everyone, I'm new to this site. Anyways, I am a freshman currently enrolled at the U. of WA - Tacoma Campus. I was wondering what my chances are of being accepted as a transfer student to one of the schools at either NYU or Cornell. Granted these stats by the end of my freshman year: 3.95 GPA, 3 good rec. letters, and lots of extra curricular stuff. I am very ignorant when it comes to transfer formalities and processes, so I 'd appreciate some help. The latest I want to remain here would be Fall Quarter, so I'd hope to start at one of the schools I mentioned no later than Winter Quarter. The main priority for me is time in this matter, I want to get out as quickly as possible. </p>
<p>Can you guys please offer insight, advice, and personal knowledge or experience to help me out?</p>
