transfer to NYU stern?

hey guys, i just want to understand what the standard is for NYU Stern transfers

I go to CUNY Baruch, I am a sophomore, I just got into the Honors Program of Baruch College (meaning I am a Provost Scholar)
-GPA: 3.79 and planning to increase more
-EC at college
Marketing Director of Operation Smile club at Baruch
Honor Society Phi Eta Sigma member
Work experience as manager at Cinema Village for a few years
Volunteer Work
' by the time i apply i would have taken all the required courses to transfer into stern.

I have a multicultural background born and raised in Cyprus(europe), lived in Greece and America-travelled around the world.
Very involved in high school, chairperson of an Mediterranean Model United Nation committee on human rights, Student and class council, received honors at school, had many leadership positions in school like Prefect and House Captain.

I applied to Stern when i was graduating high school and I didnt get in, the main reason being my low SAT scores (math:620, eng:510, writing:610), and lack of any competitive exams like APs. my high school report average was 94.6% (european grading system)

So what do you think? What am I lacking or need to do to increase my chances of getting in?

also, am I required to show my SAT scores? I could retake them now that I am college although i would hate to.
