Transfer to other schools which are both strong in international relations and ECN

<p>Hello, I am an international student from Taiwan and i am freshman studying in UC Davis. My major is International Relations(IR). I am strongly interested in IR and poorly in Science and I wanna boucle major in economics in the future. UC Davis is a pretty awesome and friendly school. However, after entering Davis, I found that their IR program is not really good and the school doesn't put much focus on IR major students. So, I wanna transfer to another school which is good at IR. Can anyone give me some suggestions? and how to transfer??</p>

<p>If you are full pay, have A’s, and can go anywhere, check out Tufts, American University, GWU…</p>

<p>Because of being an international student, I think it is hard to get straight A’s…
i have to overcome the disadvantage in language at first…</p>
