Hello all,
I’m currently a sophomore at a PA state university, and I am looking to transfer to Temple University next year for my final two years. I have a 2.8 GPA in Political Science. I originally was a computer science major and failed a compsci course which killed my GPA the first semester of my freshman year. After I switched to Political Science I raised my GPA from 2.4 to 2.8 with all A’s and one B. I also played D2 baseball for a year before I got hurt. Not sure if that would help anything.
What are my chances of getting accepted for transfer? I am hoping to get my GPA above 3.0 this semester.
Should I apply now for the fall of 2017 or should wait until the end of the semester? Also if I apply now and somehow get rejected could I apply again once I get my GPA up?
Lastly, I will be applying as a Political Science major.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
