Transfer to Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering

<p>I am applying in the fall from a california CC in 2014. I will likely have a 4.0 gpa by the time a transfer and have some extensive engineering experience on vehicles. The only prerequisite I may be missing is Differential Equations. I am white in case it matters.</p>
