Transfer to Tisch School of Drama

Two years ago, D was accepted at Tisch School of Drama with little financial aid, so we chose to attend another great audition-based program that offered her a big scholarship. However, two years later, D believes she should have attend Tisch all along even if it would have cost more, and last week applied to transfer to Tisch. Does anyone have any insight on her chances and whether it makes a difference at all that she was accepted once before?
