Transfer to top undergrad business school

Hello,

I would like to know the possibilities I might have to transfer to one of these schools after freshman year and get a scholarship. I was accepted into some of these schools previously before entering my current college University of South Florida. (I am an international student.

What are my chances at:

University of Michigan (I was accepted as a freshman)
University of Virginia
Georgetown University (Applied but wasn't accepted)
Boston College (Waitlisted as freshman)
Fordham University (Accepted as a freshman)
Bentley University (Accepted as a freshman with scholarship)
Penn. Wharton School of Business.

My records in high school were:

3.9 GPA Top 10% of my class.
1790 on my SAT (600 Math, 600 Reading, 590 Writing)
97 on my TOEFL
Part of school varsity soccer team
Top delegate in my school's MUN delegation winning multiple awards.
Member of student council (Treasurer)
Two time State Math Olympics participant (Obtained third and second place awards in 11th and 10th grade respectively)
Taken 2 internships: 1 in a big company and 1 in a tech startup.
4 times science fair exhibitor.
Took many community service activities such as crowdfundings and relief missions.
Attented 2 summer schools (Phillips Exeter Academy and the University of Toronto Summer Program)

During my freshman year I plan to mantain a 3.8 to 4.0 GPA. Also I plan to join clubs such as the investment and other business clubs, and sport clubs.

What do you think are my chances at each of these schools?

For Penn, raise SAT scores at least 100 points for each section. Take Math II and another subject test and score over 700 for each. That only gets you into the competitive range. Very few competitive applicants actually are admitted.

I took 2 subject tests also. I scored a 640 in World History and a 560 in Math I.

I have maintained a 3.8 GPA during this months… and joined the investment clubs…

Chances??
