Transfer to U of Notre Dame. Does it mean I am admitted?

I have just received an email.

On May 22, 2009 a shipment label was printed by T. Sullivan ( 574-631-9806 )of UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME for delivery to Chengcheng Jia. The shipmentnumber of this package is *************. Sender's message:'sending transfer admit documents'

Does it "'sending transfer admit documents" mean that I am ADMITTED?

I am an international student and haven't received a admitted notification like this. (Most my other admitted notification is by email or status webpage.)

U of Notre Dame is REALLY my Favourite School. I REALLY desire to go there.
PLEASE, TELL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AM I REALLY ADMITTED?

Can’t say for a fact, but it sure looks good. Why don’t you call the phone number of admissions or the number on that notice and just ask

Good luck

Have you received prior communication from ND?

definitely sounds like you’re admitted!

not to be a pessimist but it could have just been sent out with a batch of letters under that description. leading to no concise answer till you receive the package

Well, thank you guysI have asked them, and they said congratulations to me
OH, I am in!!!
So excited!!!
