Transfer to UC (by not from a JC)?

<p>I know UC's give priority to transfers from JC's, as well as freshmen.</p>

<p>What are the chances for admission if you try to transfer into the UC system, but are from a college other than a JC (CSU, private, out of state,etc)? Would there be a lesser chance of getting in?</p>

<p>Considering that grades are good during the college freshmen/sophomore years.</p>

<p>Yes, way less. University-to-University transfers are given low priority.</p>
