Transfer to UC Davis from out of state 4 yr university, what are my chances???

I am a California resident (and went to high school in CA) but i attend Holy Cross College in Indiana. It is a very small four year university and is almost like a cc. This school is known to be the feeder into Notre Dame. Transfering to ND was my plan but now I want to come back home and try to get into UC Davis. (or UCI/UCSB)

Here are my stats:
hs gpa: 3.6
a few extra curriculars in hs
SAT:2100
College GPA: 3.7
one college club
took one class at a california cc and got a B

I also researched and found out that the admittance rate of out of state applicants to ucla and uc berk was about only a 10% chance. However at UC Davis the average gpa of a transfer student (in and out of state) is 3.16-3.7.

I know that the priority goes to CA cc, CSU, other UC's, out of state CC, and then finally to out of state universities, so what are my chances of getting into UC Davis???

is my better bet to transfer to CSU or a private??
