Transfer to UC or USC (fall 2009)

I am considering of transferring to UC or USC for fall 2009. With a GPA of around 3.4 will I be admitted into UCI, USC, or UCLA?
Furthermore, if I transfer again, this will be my fourth school. I spent the first semester at Penn State then I paused for two years. Then I went to Uni. of San Francisco during spring 2008 and Uni. of San Diego for fall 2008. Will this reflect negatively on my application?
Thanks =)

unless u got a pretty good reason yes it will affect ur admission
and depending on which school u attend now would play a major factor as in whether its a 2 year college or a 4 year institution
a GPA of 3.4 might get u to UCI through their transfer admission guarantee program 4got whats it called
3.4 is possible if u finish tap for UCLA. don’t bet on it tho
u will not get into USC for the more competitive majors.

The OP can’t apply for TAP or TAG as those are CCC programs.
Just like Guardiangel said its going to depend in major, also how many units you have and such. Whats wrong with USD?
Its going to be very difficult to go to UCLA or USC.
Good luck

I am feeling discontent with USD due numerous reasons.
Furthermore, USD isn’t even a top 50 university in US and no one ever heard of USD from where I am from (Taiwan).
I am going for a major in economics or business with a minor in accounting.
How are my chances of been admitted into UCI’s accounting minor?

Thanks
