I'm gonna be majoring in Electrical Engineering as a freshman in the fall of 2014.

Can anyone help what sort of courses, things I should be doing to maximize my chances of transferring to UCB in EECS for junior year?

Get good grades?

It’s probably easier to transfer from a CC than from a UC.

Mikemac: Seriously? I wouldn’t have guessed that… I’m talking about specifics here. Like an average gpa, workload etc.

uclastudennnnt: And why is that?

ugh why are people so snarky on this forum.

^^^ rofl

It’s honestly hella hard to transfer into EECS, and it’s even harder at a rigorous engineering school at UCLA. To even stand a chance, you probably need a 3.5, which is extremely difficult at UCLA for engineers.
