You should still strive for a 3.7+.
You cannot assume that admissions counselors will look/treat your GPA in a certain fashion. I always tell students to strive for the median and up, simply because it is impossible to precisely tell what factors influence your college GPA.

Hello-i think i ddint make myself clear. I am a college sophomore looking to transfer from a unc system school to unc chapel hill. My hs gpa is already done and cant be changed unfortunately. With that in mind, what are the chances of me getting into unc chapel hill in addition to all the other things i listed?
