Transfer to UNCW

I'm looking to transfer to University of North Carolina-Wilmington from East Carolina at some point in the future. I have a few questions however. 1) When transferring -in general- do admission staff look 2) Is it true that it is fairly 'easy' to transfer between UNC schools? 3) Would they accept my application if I was meeting the minimum hours and fining the last of my required English hours the semester I applied? Ex: Taking English course during the Fall but application is due in October for Spring 2013. 3) Would GPA be considered as is -aka without Fall semester- or after final grades?

(Any other help would be great.)

UNCW requires 28 semester hours. You won’t be accepted until you have completed your require courses but you can definitely still apply. Your GPA will be calculated from the final transcript they receive. There will be a very short period of time between acceptance and when classes would start. I was accepted to UNCW and ECU this fall, but chose ECU. May I ask why you want to transfer (beach)?
