<p>Im going to be a freshman at USC this fall and love would want to transfer to UPenn as it is my dream school. what are my chances to transfer into wharton? (expecting that i have great grades in USC)</p>
<p>Not as high as if you would “settle” for transferring to the College. That said, give USC some time. Don’t go in with the “i am so out of here” attitude or you won’t be able to make the most of your time there.</p>
