<p>Not likely, but it depends on the school your credits came from. Was it a proprietary (for-profit) school?</p>

<p>USC, and most colleges, will not take transfer units unless the college is accredited by one of the six REGIONAL accreditation agencies. That counts out most, but not all, online programs.</p>

<p>You would want to talk to a rep from USC for a something like that. Ask the USC rep to see if you could mail them your transcripts to get an evaluation to see if your credits will transfer.</p>

<p>Also, it would be wise to make sure that your school is regionally acredited, because if it’s not then you did all your school work for nothing and your credits will definitely NOT transfer to USC.</p>
