transfer to UT Austin from Penn State?? help plz!!

I am an international student in Penn State, major - Petroleum Engineering, accepted as a transfer student to UT Austin, SHOULD I TRANSFER??? I really don't know, my GPA is 3.97, and i will lose it in case I go to UT, but UT is more prestigious...
also i have a job on campus as math tutor, and have a lot of ECs here, and i really enjoy all that, and money from my job really help me out sometimes, but Penn State is in a middle of nowhere, even though NYC, Philly, Washington and Boston are really close, and I am gonna miss these places!!
If i transfer
disadvantages: lose my 3.97 gpa, lose math tutor job and therefore, an income, gonna miss my friends and my favorite cities!!
advantages: UT Austin more prestigious and have better alum base, better chance to be accepted by big oil companies (that's true according to all my friends graduated from UT and friends from Penn State) and moreover exxonmobil ceo graduated from UT Austin!, also campus and weather are nicer

i really need an advice!!

Ask on the Engineering Major subforum too, to get input about whether or not UT-A really will make a difference in the job you get.

Other than that, like most transfers, there are pros and cons to staying and leaving.
