Transfer to UVA Business school from VCCS?

Hi, I'm currently a senior in high school and wanted to take the transfer route from VCCS (J. Sergeant Reynolds) to UVA's McIntire School of Commerce. I would like to major in Business Administration.

I'm confused about a few things:

A. Is it guaranteed admission into the business program? Or does that only apply to the overall college itself? I've heard that McIntire is applied to in order to get in, for UVA students and transfers alike. I'm sure I will have the required GPA from J. Sarge, but how does the admissions work?

B. Would the foreign language requirement for UVA be waived if I score 650+ on the Spanish SAT Subject Test? And would that mean I would not have to take Spanish at all in college, Community or UVA?

C. If UVA doesn't work out, do these colleges use the separate admissions, for transfers and current students alike: William and Mary, JMU, VT, U of R, or GMU?
I'd appreciate any help in answering these questions, as I looked on UVA's website and it wasn't very clear to me.

The Guaranteed Articulation Agreement (GAA) [Transfer List](http://www.vccs.edu/Students/TransferList.aspx) guarantees admission from VCCS to VA state schools if certain requirements are met. It does NOT guarantee acceptance to any college’s undergraduate business school.

Check the website for McIntire School of Commerce for the VCCS transfer policy: [UVa McIntire School of Commerce: Application Process: Transfer Students](http://www.commerce.virginia.edu/undergrad/admissions/Pages/Application-Process-Transfer-Students.aspx).

I believe you need to apply to both UVA and the McIntire school. The same is true for business schools at W&M, JMU, & VT. U of R is different because it is a private college that does not participate in the GAA.
