Transfer to Waterloo or York?

I'm a freshman right now at Penn State. I started here as a Chemistry and German major. I took an "Honors" level Gen Chem course my first semester, got a B. Got a B in Chem Majors section of Gen Chem Lab. Registered for a history course (got a B). Had Linguistics and freshman seminar (A's). Registered for Calculus II, and dropped it because the honors Chemistry class sucked up ALL of my time (it's supposedly one of the hardest honors level classes here, or so I've heard).

This semester I'm taking Physics and Gen Chem II. I expected low B's for both. I'm taking German and Calculus II, and expect A's. Taking Gen Chem II Lab, expect a B.

Took Freshman English and Drawing as an elective this summer. Both were A's.

So let's get to the point of this post.

So, for my first semester, and a good bit of my second semester, I was really freaking out. I'm definitely not doing anywhere near as good as I did in high school, and I was expecting to do pretty well, because I legitimately like going to school, and I like learning things. But I only realized within the past two weeks that I really, really, REALLY like math, and dislike both Chemistry and Physics. So now I'm about to switch to a math major, because it's the only thing that I'm not putting off doing (as in, I'd rather work on math all day long every day, than take 10 minutes to do any of my other work). I had considered math as a major when I applied to schools, but went with chemistry because I'd never gotten an answer to "What the hell do math majors even DO after school?" But now I don't care, and even if I got a super crappy job in math, at least I'd be doing math.

So, I have also come to realize that I don't really like Penn State. I only applied there because, well, I don't really have a reason. I just did. And then came here. But now I'm thinking of transferring to either University of Waterloo or York University (both in Canada, but I'm sure you guys know this), to major in math. I'm a US student. Is there any sort of advice/tips/anything you guys could/would say that could help me along or which to transfer to or anything. I'm kind of lost and confused right now about what to do.
