Transfer to Yale: Chance me please

Hi everyone, I am currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, but I am considering transferring to Yale U. Here's some of my stats:
HS: international high school. grades are decent in high school.
SAT: reading+math=1430
COLLEGE GPA: 3.94+
some college activities:
Elementary school volunteering/leader
tutoring programs (I am the tutor)
Founder and president of East Asian Classics Study Association (registered student organization at UW)
Committee of Global Connections(another student org)
appointee of student government
Working experience:student supervisor at food service and information guide
research assistant (summer job at another international university)

I applied as a freshman in 2007 but was rejected, and attended Yale's summer session in 2009 at got As for both courses I studied. I can also get a recommendation from a Yale professor.
Can anyone chance me based on these? thanks

It’s really really hard to get in as a transfer. Your chances seem as good as anybody else’s, but realize that they only take about 20 kids each year. At that point, it’s really just a crapshoot.

I know it’s hard. Are they focusing on academic accomplishment heavily?

Is Yale even taking transfers? They didn’t last year.

Are you thinking of H?? Y took 18 transfers last year.

They took and are taking transfers, but only 4%.
