If you have gone to a 4 year institution, then CC, can you still apply to UC Irvine. I know Berkeley and UCLA say that if you have less than 80 (I think 86 for UCLA) credits from a 4 year institution, and then enroll in CC, you are still eligible to apply and get accepted. So far, all I could find in regards to UC Irvine is that you need at least 60 transferable UC credits - so there is no cap??

Complete 60 semester units or 90 quarter units of transferable college credit with a grade point average of at least 2.4 (no more than 14 semester units or 21 quarter units may be taken Pass/Not Pass)

The above is on their website. Other UC's say you cannot surpass 90.

Does anyone know what the deal is with UCI?
