I applied for fall transfer with a 3.1 GPA from my current community college, and was waitlisted. I have completed 63 credits (no associates though) and raised my GPA to a 3.6 this semester by getting all A’s and retaking a class that I had previously failed. They just received my updated transcript a couple days ago (it’s no longer on the to do list). I know they say most of the acceptances from the transfer waitlist happen in late May and I haven’t heard yet.. should I be worried? Does anybody think I have a good chance?

Hey! Admissions called me on the 21st and let me off the waitlist so your turn may be coming up soon!!! You definitely have a good chance of getting off the waitlist.

Thanks! Just got the call this morning and I’ve been accepted. So excited!

Hello, I was waitlisted today as a transfer student for Fall 2016. I was wondering if I get notified late June through the phone or through MyMadison and I also wanted to see what my chances are like. I am a 2nd year student with a 3.3 GPA and will have my assosciates after this 4th spring semeter that I am currently enrolled in. My grades for this semester look promising as well. I’m just so anxious to wait another month. Any reply would be fine. Thank you!!
