Transfer with an AA to the Accounting program. What GPA is FSU looking for?

<p>Right now I have a 3.44 GPA at FIU, and I was just wondering what FSU is looking for in order to have a realistic chance at getting accepted with an AA degree. I'll be applying for the 2012 Fall (or summer) term when the time comes.</p>

<p>Also, do transfer students have a better chance of getting accepted if they apply for the summer?</p>

<p>The gpa you have makes the cut. But it is a limited access program so there is competition. The fact that you will have AA from a florida public school really does help. I think you have a great shot just apply early and you shld be ok.</p>

<p>Is it possible for me to apply (and get accepted) to a non limited access program then switch to a limited access major? </p>

<p>My chances would be greater if I applied as an Arts major instead of an accounting major, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to switch majors once I’m in.</p>
