Transfer with Minimum Credits.

<p>Hi, i am currently a freshman at UC Merced, and I would like to transfer to another UC (preferably UCB, UCLA, and maybe UCD). I know that the minimum required transferable units is 60 semester. I have 26 now with my AP scores, and I am taking 16 this semester. If I take 18 more units next semester, I will be in junior standing by the end of the year. I was wondering if I can apply for transfer after just one year if I am going to have the required units, even though I will only have one semester's worth of grades.</p>
