Two universities that accept up to 90 semester credits are [Ashford University – Top Accredited Online Degrees, Online Colleges, Online University, Campus Education College Degrees & Certificates-A.A, B.A, and M.A programs.](http://www.ashford.edu/home/) and [UMUC - Homepage](http://www.umuc.edu/index.shtml) Both have extensive online and distance education programs, so you may be able to complete your degree without leaving your current location. Ashford has a traditional brick-and-mortar campus with residence halls, etc. in Clinton, Iowa. UMUC offers live courses at a number of locations near and on military bases and around the world as well as in multiple locations in Maryland. UMUC does not have any residences.

If the student is in good standing at his/her home university, it may be possible to arrange a “guest senior year” at another one. In the past, this was fairly common for women who married and wanted to be able to complete a college degree even though they were moving to another location with their new husbands. I’ve also known students to take a guest senior year in order to pursue a very specialized course of study related in their major field of study that was not offered at their home institution.

Good luck to your friend!
