Transfer?

I applied to MIT this year, but I got rejected. I'm thinking about doing a transfer application next year. I'll probably be going to Virginia Tech and I wondering if anyone could give me some tips to improve my resume for MIT based on my following high school resume. I know its kinda long, but I'm hoping for a well-educated opinion. Thank You.

Intended Major: Mechanical Engineering (Primary choice), Computer Engineering (Secondary choice or possibly a double major or minor), Electrical Engineer (Tertiary choice)

SAT: 600 (R), 710 (M), 560 (W) -> 1310/1600 or 1870/2400
SAT Subject Tests: 720 (Biology E), 660 (Math 2)

ACT: 28 Composite (27 Eng., 33 Math, 26 Reading, 27 Sci, 25 Combined Eng/Writing) - (Will take at most 2 more times for a total of 3x)

AP: World History (3), Biology (4), Environmental (4) (Self-studying this year: Physics C Mechanics and E&M, Statistics, and Chemistry. Taking Calculus BC course. May or may not take: Psychology and English Language)

IB: Psychology (4/7)

AMC-12: 73.5 (11th grade) - Tie for first place in school (This year I'm almost positive I'll get a 100 and move onto the next round since I'm doing lots of practice)

National Spanish Exam: Level 2 - 63rd percentile (9th grade), Level 3 - 72nd percentile (10th
grade) - (This year, I hope to be in at least the 85th or 90th percentile for Level 4 since I'm doing tons of practice exams)

Virginia Math League: 3-way first place tie at school level (10th grade) - (This year, I know almost positively I'll be top in my school since I'm in first place as of now)

GPA: ~4.24 (W) (According to my Mid-Year Report. Might go up slightly for my Final Report)
Rank: Not given to IB students.

Senior Year Schedule:
IB English 12 HL
IB History HL
Honors Spanish 4
Honors Physics
IB Chemistry 2 HL
IB Math 2 SL
Honors Anatomy
AP Calculus BC (Online)
Ordinary Differential Equations (Community College, not dual enrollment, Spring Semester)
Engineering Dynamics (Community College, not dual enrollment, Spring Semester)
Statistics (Community College, not dual enrollment, Fall Semester -> final grade - A)

This is the most rigorous schedule my school offers plus the online and community classes.

If I have time, I'm hoping to take about 3-4 more Math/Sci/Engineering courses at a community college during this coming summer semester for college credit.

Will be taking the maximum number or courses in Math and Science at the highest possible level during my time in college next year.

Other Past Noteworthy Classes:
Engineering Statics (Community College, not dual enrollment, Spring Semester 2011, final grade -> C [my first course at college level!])
AP Computer Science (Online)(I got a final grade as a B but I didn't report my AP score because I got a 1)

[My grades are mainly A's and B's but I do get C's in History (my weakest subject!)] - I'm improving in History and I'll probably end with a B as my final grade. As of right now, I only have 5 C's on my transcript for my entire high school career.

Extracurriculars:
-Free math tutoring (10,11,12) - hoping to continue during college.
-Part-time sales associate at Best Buy (worked about 1 year during junior and senior year)
-Forensics Speech and Debate (12) - will continue at college if offered
-Local Forensics competitions - won 6th place once in Humorous Duo
-Did not make varsity team to compete in regional, district, and state competitions
-Robotics
-Will hopefully take part in Tennis this year if I can make some time for it.
-Might take Moody's Math Challenge if I can assembly a team.
-Will try to continue much of listed EC's above in college if offered plus others like chess.

Other Info:
-Co-president of Mu Alpha Theta
-Main hobby -> Programming on my graphing calculator and occasionally with JAVA

Not to shoot you down, but wherever you end up, stay there for all 4 years and do your best. We’ve all been rejected before. You have to learn to take a rejection and move on. To be blunt, your stats simply isn’t good enough.

So do I not have any chances in your opinion? It’s just that I always wanted to go to MIT

Also, how about if I manage to get a near perfect score on the SAT, ACT, and SAT subject tests? I understand that achieving those scores will be highly unlikely, but I just want to know if I have any glimmer of hope left of getting into MIT.

MIT takes like 10 transfers per year…and they’re pretty beastly.
