Transfer

I'm prob going to my state school in the honors program but I'm not happy with it. I was accepted to some tier one schools but I just can't afford it. Anyways I know they look at high school transcripts. My second semester for senior year will have like two C's some Bs some As. Senioritis. Anyways I wasn't really trying once I hot accepted I figured I being going to my dream school.

First will college really care about senior grades if rest are As and if I have a 4.00 in college

What's transfer like? Schools like BU which I was already accepted, Vanderbilt, Emory, notre Dame and NYU.

I'm planning on staying one year at my state school to cut my loan a bit

Yes, colleges investigate high school records when you are applying for transfer. I daresay senior year is pretty important since it is the most recent indication of your high school performance.

I am going to my top 100 state flagship in the Fall as well, and I also plan on transferring. I think you should get into the schools you mentioned with a good college GPA and good essays.

financially im trying to save as much money as I can so I am just going to go with it and see how it works. I am willing to take private loans, just not four years straight.

Here comes the college admissions process all over again
