<p>I'm looking to transfer out of my current university and I'm looking for universities. My GPA is 3.67 for my first semester and I'm looking to transfer in the fall of 2014. I'm a freshman undergraduate student. I was wondering, what universities waive the SAT for transfer students if they have 16 credits at the time they apply. My SAT scores aren't that good, which is why I'm asking. So far I've found Rutgers.</p>
