I am applying as a transfer student to some of the Big10 schools for the fall of 2018. I was wondering if these schools will ask to see my 2nd semester transcript at my current university.

Are your parents willing to pay the full OOS costs to these big 10 schools?

Most schools request a Midterm Report of your second semester in progress.
