Transfer

<p>Hey, I'm currently thinking about transfering to another school. Im a freshman at Penn State University Park, and I'm thinking about going to University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My question is, will I be transfering to a better school and what will my admissions be based on? GPA or high school transcript?</p>
