<p>hey all, this is one of those "chances" threads. sorry, but i had to ask...</p>
<p>anyway i'm looking into transferring into a school with a good engineering program (mechanical/electrical eng.) from my 4 yr state school where i am currently studying physics. here are my stats:</p>
<p>Sophomore Transfer
HS GPA: 3.62
College GPA: 4.0
SAT: 2270/2400
SAT II: 760, 770, 680
Good ECs (lots of music involvement, community service, research positions)
Probably decent recs...as decent as they can get since I've only known my profs. for a semester.</p>
<p>I'm looking into schools like Cornell, Michigan, Univ. Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and CMU. I don't know if this list is comprised of all "reach" schools, but I thought I'd give it a shot.</p>
<p>Should I add more schools and if so, do any of you have suggestions? Thanks a lot!</p>
