<p>How difficult is it to transfer from an in-state school to U-Mich? A few of my friends are going to Oregon University, which is out of state, and plan on recieving in-state tuiton after a year or so, is that actually valid? What should I do to ease the cost and make sure I can come to U-Mich?</p>
<p>Well if you attended any HS or College outside of Michigan you won't get instate tuition.</p>
