<p>Transfer admissions are indeed rolling. The deadline for spring 2010 transfer is Nov. 1, but that’s only a priority date unless you’re applying for an engineering program, which means they will probably still look at your application if there’s room in the program even if you submit after the deadline. It is the firm and final deadline for engineering, though.</p>
<p>As I recall, the transfer admissions rate is around ~50%, but I don’t remember where I found that figure. Also, I’m sure it depends on the program you’re applying to, so I would expect it’s lower for engineering, nursing, pre-pharm, etc., just because they have more stringent requirements.</p>
