transfer

i already posted this before, but i thought i might get more responses because of the other transfer threads... so.. what do you think my chances are at CALS.. i have just completed my freshmen year at Colorado State U (not CU-Boulder), although I'm originally from Idaho...

HS GPA: 4.2 weighted, 3.98 unweighted (only 1 B, first semester of 9th grade)
ACT: 32, 33 the second time (29 math, 31 english, 35 reading, 36 science)
SAT: kinda sucked, 1280
SAT II: verbal and math kinda sucked (650's), but 730, 720 biology (i got a 4 on the AP Lit test and a 5 on BC Calc, which i think kind of makes up for it)
College GPA: 3.824 (34 credits, B in sociology, B+ in statistics, A- in English Composition, 4.0 sciences)
College Extracurriculars:
-Member of Dean's Leadership Council/College of Applied Sciences Student Council
- Member of PreMed club
-Member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority
- Dean's List
- Had an essay published in CSU journal thing
- Intramurals
- Summer job

reasons for transferring that i think could show through in my essay:
- i'm really into my major (nutritional sciences) and cornell's program is one of the best in the nation
- want to be in a more rural community
- want a smaller school ( 13,000 is still a lot, but compared to 20,000 it's manageable)
- want to be in an atmosphere where students actually want to be there and really want to learn and are motivated

i doubt it makes any difference, but I was accepted into UPenn as a freshman.. so i would like to think that i could make it into Cornell as a transfer...... your thoughts???
