<p>Last month I received a letter of acceptance from Rutgers. I was accepted into Rutgers Newark and wait listed Rutgers NB. Thinking that I didn't have a good chance of getting accepted into the Rutgers NB, I sent in and paid the enrollment fee of Rutgers Newark, the campus that had accepted me. Today I received a letter of acceptance from Rutger NB, the campus that had previously wait listed me. Is it possible to transfer the enrollment fee from one campus to another??</p>
