Transfering as an upperclassman, please help.

I am looking to transfer schools as a senior. I was suppose to be graduating this May, but in October I had to take a medical withdrawal from my school. This current spring semester I am taking a couple of courses at a local 4 year university. I can go back to my school in the fall, but I think I want a fresh start. There is nothing holding me there as the majority of my friends will be graduating this May and the school was never my favorite place.

I'm looking for a school that takes transfers coming in with a lot of credits and only require 2-3 semesters or 3-5 quarters to be taken in residency. I have about 88 credits and some AP courses. I'm currently at a top 60 school and would like to at least remain in a top 100 school. My major is biology and I am currently minoring in psychology and anthropology. I'd like to be able to keep at least the bio and psyc part of that plan. My grades are not great, but not bad - my GPA is around a 3.4, but much of the lower grades coincide with the medical issues. I don't know if high school stuff will mean much as an upperclassman, but I had a 3.9 unweighted and around 1450 SAT verbal/math. Extracurricular and work experience are average to above average.
