Transfering back to Rutgers Newark Business School

Long story short, I am trying to get back into the business school after leaving for the school of arts and science in newark for chem.

As of currently i have a 2.36 gpa. I have two non business classes that I did poorly in. Chem 2Ds Anatomy F(I still need to retake).

I was never kicked out of the RBS, i just transferred out. Now i am trying to get back in. By the end of this semester( 18 credits, 3.11 semester gpa) i will have a 2.57 gpa cumulative gpa. What are the chances of me getting accepted in RBS newark for a dual major in economics and business? Should I even try to apply? I emailed my previous advisor at RBS and he said that I still have a good chance. I don't want to be overly optimistic. Should I even try to take financial accounting and manegial accountiing over the summer? Should I talk with the Dean of the Business school. I can not wait until spring to pull up my grades for the end of this semester i will have 71 credits....

If your Advisor said you have a good chance, then you should apply. Also, call the dean and ask, you got nothing to loose. Good luck!!
